A: Our team of curators puts together monthly themed bags filled with fun surprises form the worlds of fashion, food, beauty, home decor and much, much more! This monthly bag is delivered straight to your door and features full-size products and premium items including tried-and-true classics, hot new items and local brands consumers have yet to discover.
Q: How many products are in the bag?
A: Depending on the theme of the month, we aim to put 4-5 products in your bag each month. The average worth of the bag is around R300+. The product quantity in your bag may vary depending on the worth of the products.
Q: How are you sourcing the products included in Little Black Bag?
A: We are working directly with brands that we believe represent the Little Black Bag brand and the fun, authentic, and positive tone it stands for. Little black bag also manufactures many products itself thereby growing the Little Black Bag brand and making products more affordable and easily accessible to our clients. Q: When can I expect my first shipment?
A: Your Little Black Bag is shipped by the 15th of every month, or the following business day if the 15th is a public holiday or weekend. All Little Black Bags should arrive an estimated 5-10 business days after they ship.. Think of it as Christmas every month and expect your bag to arrive around the 25th, just like Santa. Q: How does the ‘gift it’ option work?
A: Your can purchase a once of gift subscription for a friend. The gift it option will be the latest Little Black Bag. This gift comes with a personalised note and free delivery. This is a once off subscription and is terminated after one month and will not automatically renew.
Q: When is the cut off date to sign up?
A: The cut off date for the subscription bags is on the last day of every month. Sign up during the month to receive the following month’s bag. Shipments of the bags are made by the 15th of every month and take an expected 5-10 working days to reach you.

Q: Where can I update my billing/shipping information for my subscriptions?

Q: Where can I find information regarding auto-renewal payments?
A: You can find information regarding recurring payments for your auto-renewing subscriptions in your Account, once on your account page, please select the "Subscriptions" tab and click payment details
Q: Can I upgrade my current subscription?
A: If you would like to extend your subscription from a one month subscription to a multi-month subscription, please cancel your current subscription and create new one. Q: Where can I find tracking information for my Gift It purchases?
A: To view tracking information for non-subscription purchases please visit your Account Page and select the "Subscriptions" tab on the left of the page.

BILLING

Q: When will I be billed for the monthly recurring membership
A: When you place your order for the monthly subscription, you will be billed for your first Little Black Bag immediately. After the first month has completed, you will be billed when your next shipment is being processed. This will occur on the 28th of the following month and every month thereafter on the 28th until cancellation. 
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Subscriptions for more than a month (e.g., 3- or 6-month subscriptions) cannot be canceled during the subscription period. Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled during the subscription period, but only after the receipt of the first months bag. If you would like to cancel your month-to-month subscription after receiving the first bag, then make sure to do so before the 21th of the month when your next billing occurs. This is a notice period of 7 days prior to automated deductions. There are no cancellation fees. In order to cancel your subscription, simply notify us via email of your cancellation. Cancellation Notifications after the 21st of the month will not be taken into account and you will still receive the next months bag. The cancellation will then be activated the following month.
Q: If I have a 3-, or 6-month subscription, what happens at the end of my term?
A: All subscriptions for more than 1 month automatically convert to a month-to-month subscription at the end of the initial 3- or 6-month period (as applicable), so you should not miss a bag!

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Your Little Black Bag is shipped by the 15th of every month, or the following business day if the 15th is a public holiday or weekend. Q: How will my order get delivered to me?
A: Little Black Bags are delivered via door-to-door couriers. Please supply us with an address where you will be from Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm. 
Q: How much will delivery cost me?
A: Delivery on your subscription bag is free. If you shop online and select the option to deliver with your bag, there is no additional delivery fee and the item you shop will be added to your Little Black Bag at the end of the month. If you shop online and do not have a subscription service, the delivery rate is R55 for orders less than R300. Online Shopping orders over R300 is free delivery.
Q: Is there an option of free delivery?
A: Yes! There are no delivery charges for your monthly Little Black Bag and any additional products ordered with it. Products ordered separately from the monthly subscription to a value of R300 or more also qualifies for free delivery.
Q: What if I want to change by address or billing information?

Q: How long does it take for me to get my order?
A: On average your order will take a maximum 5-10 working days (i.e. excluding week-ends and public holidays) to get to you. 
Q: Do you deliver outside the borders of South Africa?
A:At the moment Little Black Bag only delivers within RSA borders. We are in the process of expanding our subscription service, so be sure to check back soon.
Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We deliver anywhere in South Africa via door-to-door couriers to your chosen physical address.
Q: Can I select somebody to receive my order for me if I am not going to be there when the Courier service delivers to me?
A: Yes you can, but do note that we will not accept responsibility for anyone who receives your order at your chosen address, that is not authorised to do so.
Q: What happens if there is nobody to receive my order when the Courier delivers to me?
A: The Courier will make an attempt to call you and arrange a date and time that is suitable for you to receive your delivery. After a second delivery attempt the Courier will return your order to Little Black Bag, and you will be credited for your purchase minus the cost of delivery and the cost of returning the package to us.
Q: Where is my order?

Q: What is your return and refund policy?
A: All Little Black Bag purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of Little Black Bags, and any bag returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Little Black Bag does not arrive, we must be notified in writing within 3 weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Note it may take 2 weeks to fulfill. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Little Black Bag. If an item is damaged during shipping, please be in contact with our customer care to replace the item for you. Q: What if I'm not home to receive my parcel?
A: Once the courier has received your parcel, you will receive a confirmation sms with tracking nr stating that your parcel will be delivered within the next 7 days. Once your parcel goes out on delivery, you will receive another sms stating that your parcel will be delivered today between 08:00 and 17:00. The courier will make two attempts to deliver your parcel. If no one receives it by the second attempt, the parcel will return to the depot where it may be collected by you, after which it will only be delivered the next month with your next Little Black Bag.

GIFT IT BAGS

Q: How does the Gift it Option work?
A: The gift it option can be found on the subscribe page. These gifts are a one-time purchase and will not automatically renew. The Gift it bag is the latest edition of the Little Black Bag
Q: Can I include a note in my gift?
A: Yes absolutely! This is one of the main features of the gift it options, sending a great selection of premium items of the latest Little Black Bag along with a personalised note. When selecting the ‘gift it’ option you will be prompted to write a note before submitting the order.
Q: How will my Gift it bag be shipped?
A: The Gift it bags are shipped by the 15th of every month via door-to-door couriers. All Little Black Bags should arrive an estimated 5-10 business days after they ship. Please allow until the 25th of the month to receive your bag.

A: It's really easy. Select the merchandise that you wish to purchase by adding it to your bag. Once you click through to your bag, you can enter your voucher or coupon number into the field provided. Make sure you enter the code exactly right - once you have done so the voucher or coupon terms will automatically be included in your transaction.

HOW TO BUY ONLINE

Q: How do I register to buy online with Little Black Bag?
A: Simply click on the "my account" button on the top right hand side of your screen. Then select login, and if you are a new customer you will need to enter some basic information - it is really quick and easy and you only do this once. And don't worry, we will not share your personal details with anyone, and we will not contact you if you do not want us to. Your information is also safe with us, as we subscribe to the strictest security standards meaning your information is safe from anyone who is not authorised to see it.
Q: How do I buy online with Little Black Bag?
A: It is really easy! From your mobile phone or your PC you can register with us (click here to do so). Then simply navigate around our site and choose the items you want to purchase and add them to your basket by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Once in your cart, the next step is the checkout: You will be prompted for your shipping option, and you can then choose your preferred payment option (see Payment options in FAQ's for the options that you have). Once you have completed your purchase we will then send you an e-mail to confirm that your purchase has been received by us.
Q: What if the item is out of stock?
A: If the merchandise is out of stock we will notify you when placing the order that it may take a few days longer for your order to arrive due to a shortage of stock. You have the option to continue to place the order with a longer waiting period, or cancel the order and come back in a few days time. Out of stock items should take a maximum of 10 working days to be delivered.
